Site Rules

Site Rules for Holidays:

Full payment is required to make a reservation. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  1. Arrive and Departure: pitches may be occupied from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
  2. Dogs are welcome, though we do reserve the right to refuse. Acceptance is conditional upon a) dogs being kept on a short lead at all times in the park b) Dogs not being allowed to foul in the park.
  3. Speed Limit: there is a speed limit of 5mph.
  4. Parking: In bad weather cars must be kept off the grass.
  5. Disturbance: Please ensure that there are no disturbances after 10pm or before 8am. Persons causing disruption, nuisance or displaying anti-social behaviour will be required to vacate.
  6. No ball games in between caravans. Parents are responsible for their children at all times and children should be supervised onsite.
  7. Water is for general use only. No filling of paddling pools, use of hosepipes or washing of cars/ caravans permitted.
  8. Electricity supply is for general use only- not suitable for charging of electric vehicles. Charging of electric vehicles onsite is not permitted.
  9. No open fires (Barbecues are allowed).
  10. This list is not finite and management reserve the right to amend as required. Management’s decisions are final.
  11.  Liability: Management cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your caravan or car and their contents, your luggage or personnel belongings.
  12. Disclaimer: Management cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by you, save insofar as it results from the management’s proven negligence.
